Objectives

Benadryl's primary audiences (sub- stockists) live in areas where media penetration is low and consumption is mostly passive. Our objective was to reach out to them at the right time, generate demand and connect them to our central dealers to buy Benadryl through a far more engaging medium - mobile.

Target audience

The TG was males and females in the age bracket of 25 - 44 years, from lower-class towns in priority markets - Bihar, UP, Punjab, etc.
