Following on from a successful Social Media launch with the Q2 campaign, Capfin SA is invested in the success of the social platforms. To ensure success, a key element will be content marketing and always on content.
The early signals from social media is that our digital marketing efforts have been reaching the right customer segment(s). As we have seen that average disbursements through social are significantly higher than the traditional BAU disbursements, with lower walk away rates and less declined applications.
