Objective
With 2 years of slow growth, Pizza Hut (PH) had to achieve a breakthrough in the year 2017. PH was still largely seen as a restaurant brand (dine-in/eat out). On the other hand, delivery was driving growth for the category, and the main competitor Dominos - one of the world's leading logistics players had fine tuned delivery into a science.
