Executive summary

Bogotá, housing more than 8 million inhabitants, is the city with the third most traffic in the world, with people spending an average of 272 hours stuck in traffic yearly. One of the main causes of traffic jams are vehicles parked in prohibited areas, regardless of signs, fines or restrictions.

The Ministry of Mobility challenged this issue with a solution that went beyond the penalty or infraction.

In partnership with the Ministry of Mobility of Bogotá, a pedagogical campaign was launched in order to make citizens aware of the on-street parking issue and its impact on the city's mobility.
