Tic Tac, a confectionery brand, was launching a new flavour in Mexico – peppermint – targeting millennial consumers.
We started with understanding our millennial consumer's main motivation to break the routine, to establish a bond with them based on our internal attributes.
This inspired us to take the soft and delicious flavour and the intense freshness of peppermint flavouring to give our consumers two mints: Soft Peppermint and Intense Peppermint. When tasted, they could 'twist' the moment we're living.
