SBDS is an interior design service owned by SB – one of the leading home furnishing companies in Thailand for the past 52 years.

With a consumer perception that the SB furniture brand offers old-fashioned products, with a low awareness of the design services that SB offers, and stiff business competition from well-known brands and emerging new players, our brand needed to win the hearts of its consumers through a captivating campaign.

The campaign set out to achieve the three following objectives:

  1. Raise awareness, via paid, owned, earned media.
  2. A shift in consumer perception towards the SB product and the brand.
  3. An increase in footfall to physical stores and enquires.
