With increasing numbers of traffic accidents occurring across Lebanon, Murr Television (MTV) wanted to draw attention to the dangers of potholes.
After an initial TVC had no impact on the government, MTV started fixing the potholes itself – asking citizens to report them via a mobile app.
MTV managed to fix over 2,000 potholes and got the government's political and financial endorsement.
