Are communities an answer to the economic recession?

This document is not a traditional paper! It is a primer for the master class to be held at Congress, it is a call to arms, it is a warning bell ringing in the night, and it is just one position from a dialectical process that will subsume the master class and change our industry over the next few years.

Some of the opinions in this piece are backed up by citations, but many of them are simply based on my experience of spending the last few years in the maelstrom created by the way that online connectivity is changing the world we experience.
