McDonald's: #MakeYourChoice

McDonald's, a restaurant brand, encouraged Indian youths to vote in the upcoming election by giving non-voters the wrong order to show them they lose the right to choose when they don't vote.

Campaign Purpose

Most states tend to declare the election day as a holiday. So we decided to nudge our consumers into becoming more responsible without letting go the feeling of I'm Lovin' it?

Our social experiment kicked off on the 1st day of election - 11th April at Hyderabad store. The entire stunt and our customers' reactions were captured and uploaded to social media via our handles on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.

Our Instagram and FB posts brought alive the voter turnout with our food products turned into stats.

We gave the voters an opportunity to appear on our feed...
