We show how a collaboration between Boxclever and Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) transformed the way the business approaches both strategic and category level planning. Drawing upon innovative analytics addressing the subconscious nature of consumer decision making, we quantified the factors driving retailer choice and value, mapping these across the business – category by category.
