Several “pandemic pivots” are reshaping the consumer technology landscape – to the benefit of “smart” products, premium brands and marketers that blend cutting-edge hardware and engaging digital experiences.
This argument was outlined by Steve Koenig, vp/research at trade body the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), at CES 2022.
