How CBS is embedding diversity and inclusion in strategy, programming and measurement

CBS, the broadcast network, is taking numerous steps to enhance diversity and inclusion across its operations, from content creation to executive leadership.

Diversity and inclusion are major principles behind the programming at CBS Corp., according to Radha Subramanyam, its chief research and analytics officer, and the president of CBS Vision.

“Being America's largest and most-watched, network, we take diversity and inclusion incredibly seriously and feel the weight – not the burden, but the privilege and responsibility – on our shoulders,”  she told online delegates at the Advertising Research Foundation’s (ARF) 2020 AUDIENCExSCIENCE Conference.
