Wisconsin Cheese, an organization that champions the state’s cheese and cheesemakers, tapped the power of influencers to transform consumer perceptions.

The role of cheese in the lives of the people of Wisconsin is crystal clear: dairy is a $46 billion a year industry, making it far bigger than the orange industry in Florida or potatoes in Idaho.

Around 90% percent of the milk produced in the Badger State goes into cheese, and the result is not just any old product: Wisconsin wins more awards for this dairy-based delicacy than any other state or country, and is the only place you can become a master cheesemaker outside Switzerland.
