Lenovo’s e-commerce strategy: Innovating through the pandemic

Lenovo’s Rajesh Thadani tells FUTR ASIA 2021 about the innovative ways through which brands can engage with their customers and shares what the technology giant is doing for its own customers.

Customer centricity has taken centre stage with the rise of e-commerce in APAC, bringing forth innovations and new ways of engagement. At FUTR Asia 2021, Rajesh Thadani, e-commerce director of Lenovo, discussed how the company addressed these changes.

Lenovo’s e-commerce strategy

Before explaining the brand’s e-commerce strategy, Thadani emphasised the importance of a vision for a brand and stated Lenovo’s.

“We have the vision to deliver smarter technology for all and are developing world-changing technologies that create a more inclusive, trustworthy and sustainable digital society,” he said.
