Objective
Garanti BBVA wanted to introduce the newly-designed dashboard in its app, Garanti BBVA Mobile, to its SME customers . The dashboard allows SMEs to view all their accounts and crucial banking products (such as point-of-sale transactions, cheques and so on) in a single view, thereby simplifying and enhancing their experience. The aim was introducing the new dashboard to SME customers and get them to use the dashboard.
