The Human Resources Department at Akbank had been looking for the right candidate for the User Experience (UX) Designer role for almost a year. This candidate search involved the mutual work of multiple parties such as the HR Department and HR consultancy firms. However, those efforts remained insufficient: the ideal candidate couldn't be found in the candidate pool of the HR consultancy firms or on the career sites.
