Objective
Castrol's mission is to keep the world moving. Mechanics play a key role in influencing customer's purchase decisions, and engagement with mechanics is critical in sustaining and growing brand advocacy. With intensified competition, Castrol faced the challenge of a decreasing brand advocacy score. In 2020, we set out to recruit 10,000 mechanic customers, garner 50,000 engagements, grow brand advocacy score +1 point, +1% share and +10% volume growth.
