Objective

We had two main strategic objectives for this effort: 1) to increase the number of Play+ customers wagering during the NCAA basketball tournament, and 2) to increase the overall amount of wagering during the tournament among customers.

Target Audience

We had a narrowly defined audience for this effort. The promotion was only delivered to existing Play+ account holders who were likely sports bettors at 47 partner casinos and sports books. Likely sports bettors were defined by those who had wagering activity in proximity to major...
