Objective
Vision Express wanted to create and drive awareness and traffic to local store outlets and capture the micro-segments in the market.
Online lead generation leads to inquiries but they didn't necessarily translate into walk-ins or sales. The marketing campaigns also mainly relied on sales through lead generation processes such as form submissions which caused many challenges such as assessing lead quality, constant follow-ups, and integrating sales data back to campaign performance.
The brand wanted to increase footfall across multiple brand outlets and increase store sales and ROAS.
