But, at the same time, LATAM cities are the most chaotic. A UNO study, published in 2012, reflected this harsh reality in which millions of Latin Americans live.

Thus, the mobility dilemma becomes one of the region's greatest challenges: There are more pedestrians and public transportation users in LATAM than in any other continents, but this proportion is not reflected in the design of streets and public spaces. The state of the streets...
