MSD, a pharmaceutical brand, became the voice for marginalised, underserved people in Europe by creating a checklist and support service hub that helps health and social services become more accessible.

How did it start?

With the knowledge that a growing number of people in Europe are left outside of the healthcare system. These include many of Europe's most vulnerable and socially excluded people (homeless, migrants, sex workers, prisoners, people who use drugs (PWUD), and LGBTI

With the belief that there are both common challenges and solutions in meeting the needs of these marginalised and underserved communities

With the challenge to create a platform for underserved communities to share good practice and to have a voice on the EU policy stage
