Situation Analysis
Amazon traditionally launches new Devices in September followed by an in-person consumer lifestyle event where more than 300 reporters engage with the full lineup of Amazon Devices. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, an event of this nature was not possible, and Amazon needed to find a way to maintain excitement for its Devices during the holiday season in a relevant, creative, and unexpected way.
