McAfee: Helping consumers stay safe at home

McAfee, a security software company, launched a campaign in Latin America to drive brand awareness, advise how consumers can protect their digital lives, and introduce the brand's core product line-up.

The Situation

Since March 2020 in most Latin American countries, many activities such as classes, work, meetings, medical care and even family meetings and entertainment have been taking place online. Thus, the number of frauds and criminal attacks through mobile, notebooks and applications has also grown. Some via games, others through online purchases or even messages received via social media platforms.

To increase the awareness of population about Cybercrimes, McAfee hired Vianews Latin America to develop the "Safety at Home Campaign" to educate consumers onto the importance of "protecting what matters" and the best way to do this.
