Data are provided by Nielsen and are drawn from a rate card survey. Data are net of discounts, include agency commission and exclude production costs.
Internet data are split into three primary formats: search, display and online classified.
These are defined in the following ways:
- Search: advertising appearing on specific word requests on search engines, excluding SEO (fees paid to a 3rd party to improve website ranking in search engines).
