COVID-19 brings long-term gains in Spanish online shopping

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is likely to cause a long-term increase in shopping online in Spain, according to the latest data from McKinsey & Company.

While an average of 43% of consumers across 20 product categories said they shopped online before COVID-19, an additional 7% expect to do this after the outbreak ends.
