The travel industry is moving towards shorter trips this year, according to data from online travel company Tripadvisor.
Across seven countries, the average stay duration has dropped by 21% between the pre-pandemic period and now. While consumers in 2019 were, on average, searching for a holiday the length of 4.5 days, this has since fallen to 3.6.
