Grocery foot traffic in Singapore has returned to relative normality after the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak but consumers are more hesitant to return to retail, according to the latest anonymised consumer data from Google.
Daily average foot traffic at grocery and pharmacy sites was down 19% in May compared to the January and February baseline. However, this decline eased to 11% in June and then just 3% in July.
