The average Hispanic American (18+) who owns a tablet registered daily app and web consumption of 01:17 hours in 2016. This represents a decrease of 5 minutes on 2014, when consumption stood at 01:22. When considering the Hispanic population in general – and not just tablet owners – total time spent on tablets was recorded as 00:15.

Of the three specific tablet activities monitored, social networking accounted for the most time on 00:20 in 2016, 2 minutes more than both audio and video consumption (00:18), both of which have doubled between 2014 and 2016. By contrast, social networking has tailed...
