Indians look for free delivery and easy returns when shopping online

An overview of Indian consumers' online shopping motivations.

Consumers are more likely to make a purchase online when free delivery is available, according to survey data from target audience company GWI. Nearly half (45%) are motivated by free delivery, while two-fifths (38%) are motivated by easy returns. One-third (34%) of respondents say coupons and discounts increase the likelihood of purchase.
