Only one-half of consumers say they have enough information about the recommended steps to take to stay healthy in the face of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. This is according to a GlobalWebIndex survey of internet users in the UK and US, questioned between the 5th and 12th of March.

Given the close and continual relationship that brands have with consumers, this presents an opportunity for them to be a valued source of information.
