The easing of all UK restrictions might have been pushed back to 19 July, but most retailers are already finding their feet. With a push to get more people vaccinated, it is likely we will see visitors and visits increase further in the coming weeks. Simultaneously, however, with summer holidays set to be different from those of previous years, marketers will have to contend with further changes in consumer behaviour.  

The question remains: are we still experiencing the ‘new normal’, something resembling the ‘old normal’, or is it just ‘normal’?
