Nornickel, an industrial metals company in Russia, needed to create a corporate communications program that would not only unite its thousands of employees located in 5 towns thousands kilometers from each other and from the mainland Fountain of Goodness program helped Nornickel to change the mentality, to form a corporate culture of benevolence, mutual assistance and charity to each other, to help local communities, to teach leadership and to connect people in each cities to each other as well as connect its people between the cities.
