Nicola Tillin
Managing Director
Nicola was appointed MD of WARC in January 2024, having spent two years at sister company LIONS and previously heading up WARC’s commercial team for nine years, helping clients solve their marketing effectiveness challenges.
Mawa Rodriguez
Global Marketing Director
As WARC’s Global Marketing Director, Mawa ensures the overarching evidence-based marketing strategy is delivered across core geographies. Mawa joined WARC in 2020, bringing a wealth of expertise from her previous role as Global Head of Marketing at Guinness World Records.
David Tiltman
SVP, Content
David leads global content operations, overseeing all the content here at WARC. He joined us in 2010 but has been writing about media and marketing for two decades.

Francis employs design thinking and international strategy in all aspects of the business across product, content and marketing to deliver a world-class experience to customers, partners, contributors and the wider community across all points of interaction.
Ed Pank
Managing Director, APAC and Advisory
Ed opened our Asia Pacific HQ in 2011, which has seen rapid growth ever since. You can usually find him on large stages showing the world how to make marketing more effective.
Amin Mrini
VP, Business Operations and Digital Commerce
Amin leads Digital Commerce (DC) and Operations. He pioneered the WARC dCommTMIndex, the first DC performance benchmark for marketers. A strategist by background, Amin is well versed in the Technology and Media space.
Gregory Grudzinski
Digital Commerce Lead
Gregory joined WARC in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of marketing and digital commerce experience to support the launch of the Digital Commerce Index and oversee development of Digital Commerce content on WARC.
Lena Roland
Head of Content, WARC Strategy
Lena oversees knowledge content, including the WARC Guide. Her team commission content related to channel and category effectiveness, CMO interviews, emerging trends and new research in EMEA and the Americas.
Amy Rodgers
Head of Content, WARC Creative
Amy leads WARC’s creative effectiveness content, rankings and benchmarking products. She has worked in the marketing industry for more than 10 years and her expertise lies within marketing effectiveness research, currently with a focus on helping clients maximise the impact of their creative work.
James McDonald
Director of Data, Intelligence & Forecasting
James has monitored global advertising and media trends for more than a decade. He oversees WARC's international intelligence operations, including strategic data partnerships, dynamic modelling and forecasting of investment markets, and primary research for WARC's flagship publications.
Alex Brownsell
Head of Content, WARC Media & Digital Commerce
Alex has been writing about marketing and media for 15 years. He first joined WARC in 2019, and now leads the content programme for WARC Media, including the Global Ad Trends series of reports.
Katie Sterling
Advisory Director
Katie spent 5 years based in Singapore managing WARC’s clients before she launched WARC Advisory in 2019.
She has worked with clients across markets to build out strategic objectives and approaches problem solving with energy and flair.
Ann Marie Kerwin
Americas Editor, WARC
Ann Marie Kerwin is Americas Editor at WARC, based in New York City. Equally skilled at content strategy and content production, Ann Marie manages content creation teams, thinks up new ways to package information and new ways to get it to audiences.
Jenny Chan
China Editor, WARC
Jenny has more than a decade of business journalism experience spanning print media and network television. Based in Shanghai, she oversees bilingual content planning and curation for topics with both a China outbound and China domestic focus. She has won two internal Ascential Awards (Elite & Epic) for her work.
Rica Facundo
Asia Editor, WARC
Rica is a ‘polymath explorer’ passionate about championing stories about APAC. Her expertise is producing culturally relevant, holistic and human-centric thought leadership and solutions for brands - from major FMCGs to local brands and tech platforms.
Stephen Whiteside
Managing Editor, Reporting
Stephen has written about marketing for more than a decade, with postings in London and New York. His team reports on the latest marketing news and covers the industry’s biggest conferences around the world.
Imaad Ahmed

Imaad has over 15 years of marketing experience in the retail, defence and media sectors. He’s presented at big industry events like the Festival of Marketing, Brand Week Istanbul and DMX Dublin on all sorts of effectiveness topics.

Ashik is an award winning strategist who has formulated brand, business, and marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies and government bodies. He leads the Advisory wing for APAC and focuses on key accounts globally at WARC.
