With so many competitors talking about the same issue, we needed to increase brand SOV among competitors to make our brand becomes the lead on the issue. Through a new banking experience, we want to increase relevance towards young audience which in turn increases brand awareness. And with this new experience, OCBC NISP wants to gain new customers.
