Ipsos: Scottish jury research

The Scottish Government commissioned The Scottish Jury Research Project in response to Lord Bonomy's Post Corroboration Safeguards Review to ensure that any changes made to Scotland's jury system were made on a fully informed basis.

The Scottish Jury Research project is one of the highest profile and most ambitious pieces of justice research commissioned by the Scottish Government. It was essential that it was objective and robust, as it would be subject to significant scrutiny.
