Budapest Airport (BUD), as the operator of Liszt Ferenc International Airport, is one of Hungary's largest and most unique employers. As an international airport operating 24/7 ("a city within a city"), it employs thousands of blue-collar workers dedicated to enhancing the passenger experience and ensuring smooth, seamless aviation operations.

Considering the rapidly rising number of passengers and the increase in new flights and destinations, recruitment had to be tackled from a bolder, more large-scale perspective.
