Free and reliable delivery will be the most important online shopping features after the novel coronavirus (COVI-19) outbreak, according to research by GlobalWebIndex. In their survey across 17 markets, half of consumers said free delivery (51%) and reliable delivery (51%) will be more important in the future.
This compares to just one-quarter (28%) of consumers who believe same- or next-day delivery will be more important in the future. Two-fifths believe a free returns policy (42%) and reliable website (41%) will be more important after the coronavirus outbreak.
