Executive summary
Every year Macca’s runs a gamified sales promotion called Monopoly. In 2020 we super charged our approach by personalising our media based on our customers’ interests and where they were on their Monopoly journey. Despite our second biggest state Melbourne in stage 4 lockdown, we successfully increased sales and game play, making Macca’s Monopoly 2020 one of our most effective campaigns to date.
