Background
In 2019 the 5 Norwegian public interest organizations for farmers, launched a joint project aimed at secondary school students (13-16 year olds). Their goal was to get the target group to eat start eating their school lunches, in line with advice from the Norwegian Directorate of Health. In Norway, schools don't provide students with lunch, and so they have to bring their own or buy it from a nearby store. As a result, they often end up eating rather unhealthy lunches.
